  1. How much does shipping cost? We offer free shipping for orders over $50 or a flat rate shipping fee of $13.50 within Canada and a $30.00 flat rate fee to the United States.  *for 2018 we are offering free shipping in Edmonton Area on orders over $25*
  2. What is your return policy? Our policy lasts 30 days, past that unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in resale able condition. Some items: pens, paints, and magazines cannot be returned.
  3. When can I expect to receive my order?  We are open for business 7 days a week and ship all orders within 1-2 business days, and provide a tracking number from Canada post for your shipment.
  4. Is your inventory count accurate? Our online and retail inventory are linked and with over 8000 items to track errors can occur. If an item you ordered is not actually available, we will not charge your card for the product not sent.
  5. Do you accept special orders? Absolutely! In fact we love special orders and are more than happy to bring in whatever you are looking for if we are able.
